Job Title Tax Account Manager -

Job Purpose

Maintain positive relationships with assigned clients by providing daily on-site interaction, facilitating regular communication, resolving client requests, liaising with internal business units, participating in project management and overseeing resolution of issues to ensure delivered services meet client needs and expectations.

Job Responsibilities

?h Professionally represent to the lending community, cultivate relationships in support of the company's business development objectives and identifying opportunities for enhancement of its services.

?h Provide customer audits, work reverse audits

?h Set up new user ids for existing customers

?h Audit user lists for our larger customers

?h Set up new customers which entails:

o Setting up the customer header

o Setting up the billing fee table

o Setting up user ids

o Sending out the welcome package

o Following up communication with customer

?h Notify the appropriate teams of new customers; work with Project Manager to ensure a smooth transition.

?h Maintain customer profiles & billing tables

?h Facilitate client training by implementing application-specific orientations and training programs and provide team members with reference material as required

?h Provide account management support for some of the smaller customers that are not assigned to Customer Care

?h Provide support to the other tax account managers

?h Facilitate client training by implementing application-specific orientations and training programs and provide team members with reference material as required

?h Focus on Customer retention by working with operations to ensure extraordinary service.

?h Provide timely assistance to written and oral customer questions and issues.

?h Maintain a thorough understanding of most current services and capabilities and ensure that customers receive the maximum benefit according to their needs, expectations, and Service Level Agreements (SLA??s).

?h Assertively identify and assess customer needs, document required action steps, and coordinate with appropriate internal teams in line with established operational and technical parameters.

?h Ensure resolution of client inquiries by utilizing experience and resources to resolve high-impact customer issues and negotiate sensitive and stressful situation.
