(NGMS) Fast Reaction Shop is seeking a Principal Project Manager to
join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. What You'll Get to Do: The
Fast Reaction Shop Project Manager oversees and manages the
operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison
between project management and planning, project team, and line
management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages
schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and
develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and
client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for
monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem
solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Core
Responsibilities include, but are not limited too: Oversee and
manage all projects in the Fast Reaction Shop. This includes daily
tracking and worklog updating. Be responsible for supporting the
day-to-day operations of Fast Reaction Shop. Intake and processing
of walk-in work. Face to face support of technicians. Receive and
process all M922s for the Sentinel program. Oversee and manage all
capital material purchases. Work with the Fast Reaction Team
members in problem solving and ensuring that projects meet schedule
demands. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree with 5 years',
Master's Degree with 3 years', or a PhD with 1 year of relevant
experience. Experience in team leadership, resource management, and
compliance (i.e customer requirements). Experience evaluating
drawings for bill of material creation and quoting. Experience
managing a project schedule. Possess a detailed understanding of
how a prototyping shop operates. Experience using SAP. Extensive
knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and
organizational skills. US Citizenship. Active/Current Secret
Clearance. Preferred Qualifications: 5 years experience in project
management. Experience with small electronics build processes.
Experience with engineering processes. Experience managing budgets.

$81,400.00 - $122,000.00 The above salary range represents a
general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of
factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and
responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience,
education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the
position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift
differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as
well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in
Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term
Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of
benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability
insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off
