Staff 46 Patient Ratios :1:2 (1:3 for PCU boarders, 1:1 for sitters
or higher acuity- IABP, CRRT, open hearts) Unit staffing

during day shift if 10 patients Documentation Scheduling nights or
50/50 Floating or as a sitter anywhere in hospital inpatientTypical
hiring profileMust have: 2 years of ICU experience, will consider 1
year strong experience Cardiac Nurse experienceList typical
procedures performed on unit(s): Rapid Sequence Intubations Central
line placements Experience with ventilators, vasopressors,
restraint use, arterial lines, and other ICU skills.Procedures
performed on line placement, bronchoscopy, intubation, arterial
