dynamic and passionate life coaches to join our team! As a life
coach at Spark Homestead , you'll have the opportunity to work with
a diverse group of teenagers, helping them discover their passions
and reach their full potential. You'll work with them one-on-one,
in small groups, and participate side-by-side in activities to help
them develop life skills, set and achieve goals, and build
confidence and resilience. Spark Homestead is part of the parent
company, The Heritage Community, located in Provo, UT. Originally
founded in 1984, The Heritage Community is a long-standing and
established, non-profit 501(c)(3) treatment program! So, if you're

Homestead allows you to work around your commitments, while the

Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday 2:30 pm -10:00
pm Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Tuesday, Thursday,
Saturday 2:30 pm -10:00 pm Overflow - If the schedule you are
interested in is full we can work on training you, completing a
background check, and have you pick up shifts as they are available
until an schedule opens. Will also include a Sunday rotation,
working one Sunday every four weeks, 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM. Knowledge
and Abilities: Demonstrated ability to successfully coach and
mentor adolescents. Assertiveness to learn and continually enhance
knowledge and understanding of neurodiversity and mental health.
Good energy and ability to work in all weather conditions. Engaging
and empathetic character, with a Homestead of tenacity and
determination. Good problem-solving, decisiveness, and teamwork
skills. Proficient in communication and interpersonal relationship
skills. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop close, personal, and
emotionally supportive relationships with the students to coach
them in their treatment progression. Implement clinical treatment
plans as outlined by the Treatment Team.bEnsure that a healthy,
comfortable, safe, and caregiving environment is maintained.
Participate in a wide variety of activities with the students,
encouraging and supporting them to develop the skills associated
with the tasks (i.e., sports, bike riding, skiing, rock climbing,
hiking, swimming, etc.). Properly use a variety of mediation and
intervention techniques to redirect students who need support and
guidance during escalated moments. Transport the students to and
from off-campus appointments and activities using company vehicles.
Qualifications: Must be at least 20 years of age or older to apply.
Physical ability to provide interventions, such as safety holds. A
valid Driver's License, and no more than one traffic violation on a
driving record in the past three years to be approved to transport
students using company vehicles. Proficiency and fluency in
speaking, understanding, reading, and writing English. The Heritage
