Job Qualifications We’re looking for a motivated, independent self-starter with expertise in overseeing restaurant facility management. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: Independent and results-driven with strong project management skills. Ability to work remotely and respond timely to urgent needs of the restaurants. Experience managing vendor relationships. Skills in refrigeration repair, small carpentry, and HVAC preventive maintenance. Proficiency in tile work and related maintenance tasks. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communicator with the ability to manage daily service calls across multiple stores. Safe driving record and clean background. (Driving Record Checks and Background Checks will be completed) The ability to keep the company work van organized and stocked with the proper tools and items. Job Responsibilities As Regional Maintenance Manager for Salt Lake City, UT , and surrounding locations, this position will include: Providing hands-on repair and preventive maintenance for refrigeration, restaurant equipment, and facility needs. Overseeing maintenance tasks for a group of eight restaurants within the region. Managing daily service calls ensuring all maintenance needs are addressed promptly. Operating from home while responding to on-site service needs. Coordinating with external vendors and maintaining excellent vendor relations. Completing small carpentry repairs, HVAC PM servicing, and tile work to uphold operational standards. Ensuring cost-efficient maintenance to minimize the need for third-party contractors.
