Responsibilities: Gain knowledge and expertise about our products Answer phone calls and emails finding solutions to customer needs Required skills: Basic computer knowledge Able to navigate Microsoft 360/XO to draft and send emails Top Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision benefits 5% 401k match after 1 year Hours: M-F | 8:00am - 5:00pm
