Personalized one-on-one coaching Comprehensive 30-day training program for immediate networking Bi-weekly Century 21 training sessions Orientation program for new agents Over 50 leads generated monthly Access to cutting-edge industry technology Structured training on scripts and dialogues Established and effective systems in place Dedicated agent support Professional team including Listing Coordinator, Transaction Coordinator, and In-House Marketing Weekly meetings to review goals, achievements, and key takeaways Opportunities for ongoing learning and development Compensation: $60,000 - $125,000 Annually Responsibilities: To fulfill this role as a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will need to be self-driven and perform well under pressure Follow-up with leads to increase sales immediately Execute a lead generation lever weekly Participate in open houses, networking activities, and face-to-face conversations to enhance your sales Secure new clients by following up and attending appointments Consult with clients in order to discover their goals; then find properties that meet those needs Respond to client's calls, emails, and web requests in a timely manner Arrange showings and introduce clients to their local real estate market Guide buyer clients through the home purchase process Impeccable communication with clients “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers Interact and communicate with team members daily Working in your sphere of influence Comfortable putting yourself out there and talking to people about real estate Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing Qualifications: CURRENT UTAH REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED OR ACTIVELY PURSUING Proven track record of sales Customer service and/or sales background preferred Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Technology-driven Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills Reliable transportation People-oriented Positive outlook Real Estate Agents need a loyal client roster in order to be effective, so strong customer service is essential Customer-focused attitude Team player Willingness to learn and grow as the market changes Benefits: Compensation for Real Estate Agents is commission-based This means that the more inventory you move, the more income you will generate for yourself About Company Our mission is to provide a first-class experience and genuinely help people.
