Position Title: Account Executive Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Account Executive to join our team at Redo. In this role, you will We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive (AE) to join our growing team. The AE will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities. This role offers a unique opportunity to travel and meet prospects face-to-face, allowing you to build strong relationships and effectively close deals. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and target new business opportunities through various prospecting methods. Product Expert: Become a product expert and industry expert. Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Close Sales: Negotiate contracts and close deals to exceed sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business when the Customer Success manages the account. Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position Redo’s offerings. Travel: Engage in travel to meet with prospects and clients, providing a personal touch and fostering deeper connections. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience. 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or finance. Proficiency in selling methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a startup environment. Previous experience working with merchants or within a merchant ecosystem.
